LIFE Centre and 21 community-based organizations (CBO) participating in the Enhanced Community HIV Link-Southern (C-Link) project (funded by PEPFAR-USAID) launched a community health application – D.Health mobile app for users is part of LIFE-initiated client service use and program data management system which were jointly developed by LIFE and all CBO.
The app provides user-friendly information on HIV and related health and social issues, self-risk screening and recommending risk-based services, linkage to care by CBOs and other providers, events, games, quizzes and also need assessment or service satisfaction surveys.
